2. Go to SheppardSoftware and click on "states 1 beginner" Under Game controls choose "all states national"
3. When you have finished please fill out this Google Form
4. Close your chromebook and take the paper quiz and turn into period folder
5. When you finish please practice for the colony quiz on Thursday (See post from Friday for the links to the 2 quizlets and videos to help you review)

Today in class we will define self-sufficient and compare and contrast farming in the northeastern colonies with farming in the south.  We will read Ox Cart Man as an example of New England self-sufficiency.
Tonight students will start their Farming Perspective Assignment which is due Monday

I will be working on curriculum writing today so here is what you need for today:

1. Please take a print copy of this week's calendar at the door and record the HW for this week in your assignment notebook.  PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN QUIZ DATE! The study guide for the quiz is on the back of the calendar CALENDAR & STUDY GUIDE WEEK OF OCTOBER 22

2. Open and make your own copy of WTP Lesson 6: The Rights of Englishmen Worksheet. There is also a print copy available on the back table if you prefer!

3. Use the We The People Book pages 49-56 to answer the questions on the worksheet.  The questions with stars next to them are the most important, so please prioritize these!

4. When you have finished the worksheet practice the states, countries, continents, and oceans using www.sheppardsoftware.com/.  There are also many print enrichment choices on the back table under the Do Now board if you would like!
